driver for wireless G desktop adapter
we have installed Wireless G Desktop adapter on our system which was initilaly loaded with Windows OS. now we have switched to linux OS, but the adaptor is not working.
the model no9. is DWL-G510. kindly help in finding out the driver for wireless adaptor compatibkle withlinux OS |

Welcome to TSF.
What distribution of Linux are you running? We will need to know more about what wireless card you are using. Open a terminal and run the command lspci then post the output here. If you get an error saying "command not found" try whereis lspci and if you get a path to a program, type in the full path instead of just lspci (should be something like /usr/sbin/lspci). If you still have an issue with lspci, let us know (and tell us what the output from whereis was. It might also help to have the output from: uname -r
