[SOLVED] Problems with citrix on Linpus (acer aspire one)
Hi,
I've installed the citrix linux client on my acer aspire one with Linpus Lite linux (Fedora 8 based dstribution). I've followed the guide lines here: Installation The problem: When I try to launch an application through a citrix web interface the client starts with a "Citrix Presentation Server" splash screen. The splash screen title changes a couple of times and ends up with "Processing reply from server" and then the client terminates without any kind of error message. Any suggestions on how to proceed from here? I can run /usr/lib/ICAClient/wfcmgr without any problems so the client installation seems to be OK. Does anyone know how to enable some sort of logging of the client session so I at least can get a clue on what's going on? |

Re: Problems with citrix on Linpus (acer aspire one)
I've managed to solve the problem. The lixcb packaged is named "libxcb.i386" not "libxcb" as stated in the guide.
Using libxcb.i386 v1.0.* running /usr/lib/ICAClient/wfica -log <my_file>.ica results in "Assertion `c->xlib.lock' failed." Updating to libxcb.i386 v1.1-1.1.fc8 solves the problem. |
