OS: Linux Yellowdog 6 on PS3
|
Hi: I'm looking for some help with running Firefox-Mozilla on my PS3 using Linux Yellowdog 6. I'm able to connect to the internet via my Linksys WRT54G2 router but when I open the browser window which is Firefox-Mozilla I can't go anywhere. I'm able to get the start window to Google on the screen but can't go anywhere from there. I have checked every time and my connection is still active at the router and at the devise tab. I also turned off the firewall in Linux to no help. One more thing as soon as I boot back into the game OS my connection there has no problem at all. I have set up the connection static and auto. Any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks.
I have a cable high speed connection |

Re: Can't make wireless connection work !!!!!
Do you need to configure the connection? I know on some distros, it's not automatically set up. I wouldn't know how to do this as I am not familiar with yellow dog.
This may not be the problem, but that's what it sounds like to me. |
