Mouse not detected
Hi!
My desktop runs on Ubuntu. I have not used it for some time but when I booted the computer, my mouse (PS2), cannot be detected. I tried using my USB mouse and that woudn't work too. I've tried all PS2 and USB ports to no avail. I've restarted so many times already and still mouse won't work. What should I do? Thanks! |

Re: Mouse not detected
I would like to use any mouse that works, whether it be USB or PS2. I can't get to the System menu with just my keyboard. How do I do that? I can get into the files on the desktop by navigating with the keyboard. Again, I can't seem to get to the System menu with the keyboard only.

Re: Mouse not detected
I finally figured out how to get to system menu. From there went to mouse preferences. I clicked on PS/2 Generic Mouse. Box with DEVICE and ADVANCED showed up. What do I do? Thanks.
