ASUS motherboards and LINUX

I have read that ASUS will be selling some of its motherboards with Linux burned into a chip on the board. Has anyone got their hands on one of these yet and tested it?

Yeah, it's been out for a couple of years now. It's called SplashTop (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Splashtop) and it came out first on the Asus P5E3 deluxe.
