I'm a bit confused
Hey everyone, I'd like to put Linux on my old computer, but I'm not quite sure how to go about doing it.
The computer is old, it has a Pentium III 600MHz processor, 256MB RAM, 15GB HDD. I'm thinking of installing Debian, but I'm not sure how to start. Do I need to remove Windows first or do I just put in a Debian install disc and let it walk me through it. And where can I get a Debian install disc anyway? |

Re: I'm a bit confused
Hey, great to see a new face on this board. I would recommend that with your specs, that you take a look at Damn Small Linux. Or Xubuntu. These are two OS's that run great with limited specs.
Cheers!
