OS: Windows Vista Home Premium SP1
|
I got VIsta home Premium SP1, with 160GB, it comes default by C and D drive equally,(70GB)
then i decide to make a little partition for installing XP pro, what i did is using shrink volume on vista then i made E: so there is 3 drive now. i am interested to install ubuntu 7.10, so i tried to install it then it makes 2 partition (1,linux swap file & 1 linux drive) so then the total is 5, after it was finished i reboot and change to vista to check everything, after that i would like to try the new ubuntu then i reboot.... ... .... GRUB loading 1.5 Error 17 i was so confuse , i cant do anything ,the only thing i got is install ubuntu again, then i creates 2 more partition(ough) ,but after that it comes normal without any problem (total 7 drive) 1 month later i decided to remove all the ubuntu, so there is now 7 Drive NTFS file, C,D,I,K,X,Z,H I have Both Vista and XP pro ------------------------------- now how do i merge 4drives, (K,X,Z,H drives) both is extended partition ![]() ,any solutions? ? ? (without re-installing OS / lost any data) those drives is so annoying.
