Bamboo Fun won't work - Stops other mouse & keyboard
I am new to linux - and not very confident about installing drivers or programs.
I bought the Bamboo Fun (for my Windows laptop) and noticed others had used it on their linux os. So i tried. I followed some instructions from another forum after I tried installing using WINE It does not recognize the pen or mouse And the Kensington SlimBlade mouse & keyboard stop working. Can anyone help me fix the problem???? I also do not know how to uninstall programs & drivers. Thanks in advance |

Re: Bamboo Fun won't work - Stops other mouse & keyboard
Generally, the free version of WINE is pretty useless; the purchased version has a better track record. Either way, WINE is hit and miss, depending upon your hardware. It is really better to run a virtual computer with vmware (even the free version works) and run a windows installation virtually. If you can work with WINE, I am certain that you can install vmware. Please note that you must have a copy of windows to install into the virtual computer.
