I am installing a small version of yellow dog to a drive, then I will ISO it and drop it onto a disk with proper mac cd-boot codes, to make a mac version of Knoppix. (don't know how I will get under 800mb or how to get a DVD burner)

Don't expect it to be done soon though because I have a science fair (custom knoppix based cluster due by christmas, HOSEF (hawaiis open source education foundation) tommorow and many days after to help out, I got a thin client network in my room that is running crapy and I need to find the problem, and I am trying to get a laptop so I can take my work mobile but I have no money, and I don't even have a job yet, + school minimum A's and B's, + trying to get into MIT, and finnaly trying to go to MIT's Mites program over the summer since I am a junior.

This is the only thing I was able to find, it's a bit old and I'm sure out dated. It was also mentioned to be a work in progress, so I don't know how stable it is.

Amazing. If I was ever given a mac, the first thing I'd do is paint the case black. The second thing I'd do is get a mouse with two buttons. The third thing I'd do is put linux on there.
