password personalisation eee pc linux

hello

i have an asus eee pc 701, and now i lost my personalisation password and i tried a lot of things, to edit shadow en password in de /etc, but nothing works, who can help me to find my password

i am not really good in computers, so i didnt boot or do that kind of things, because i do not know how to do that....

hi, i actually had the same problem, but i found out that you set your own password at the first startup. Forgot about the set up process. So the current password was set at the first boot. You created it. /* edited by moderator */
