[SOLVED] Setting up a wireless network in Linux

I have a wireless network connection that I get from my neighbor. He uses cable, and I was wondering how to get that connection in Linux.

You need to have a Linux compatible wireless card/receiver. What type, brand & model card do you use?

Wireless card: Realtek RTL8185 54M Wireless LAN Network Adapter
Does this work in Linux?

yes it's supported. Apparently in Ubuntu you use the 8180/8185 driver.

Where in Ubuntu can I setup the connection itself? Can I get a tutorial for this process or something? Thanks
