All partitions switched to ro
Hi,
I run a few linux servers on RH AS3 & 4. One of the systems running AS3 had all of the partitions switch to ro (read only) mode for some unexplained reason. Upon rebooting the server the two OS drives failed. (They are mirrored). After going into the controller bios and forcing the drives online I got the system back up and running. This is an extremely weird error and since the partitions were in read only mode no log entries could be written about any events. The last event recorded was a SCSI error. I'm stumped. Any ideas? TIA |
