Action Attribute for PHP form processing

Dear Friends:

Trying to make PHP form processing codes for website.

In order to that visitor of website submits form to PHP program file in the server for PHP processing , ( in the action attribute of the form ) is it necessary to specify all directoris from server's URL down to PHP form_process.php program file name ?

Is it necessary only to specify the PHP program file name ?

As long as they're in the same directory, it should be fine.

Make absolutely sure that your forms are protected against SQL injection attacks. You can accomplish this a variety of ways, but most people use the Mysql_real_escape_string($var);
