dual boot and linuxMCE/mythTV advice.
today i will be putting together a new box, and id like to run a dual boot with < insert random linux distro here > and win xp.
i ran mepis on my laptop for a few months last year, but i couldnt take not being able to use photoshop < hence my need for windows > i was reading about linuxMCE and mythTV and im interested in them, but im not sure id benefit, i dont have a tuner card, nor do i anticipate getting one. really the only thing i want/need to do, is be able to watch movies from my desktop, on my laptop, in seperate rooms. so, any suggestions on a dual boot, and the whole sharing movies thing for an amature linux user? |
