flashplayer in a 64-bit linuxenvironment
ok well thje inability to watch flash videos on my 64 bit edition of ubuntu 6.10 has been bugging me for a while now. So I went on the ubuntu forums and found a script that would install a 32 bit firefox onto my system and download the java and flashplayer plugins. well it didnt work. firefox started, but no flash plugin.
ok so i installed firefox for windows using wine and hey flashplayer actually (somewhat) works. the problem is there is no sound int he movies. Anyone know how to correct this, or get the 32 bit firefox (linux version) to work with flash?
