Suse 10.2 and Sound Blaster Live! 24-bit
Creative labs does not offer linux drivers for my sound blaster live sound card. It is an internal sound card. I found some unofficial ones called "ALSA" but as being a linux noob I am completely lost on how to install them. Can you please suggest to me an easy installer or how to install the ALSA drivers?

I do notice that it doe shave ALSA is the list to pick from but it is on Autodetect I have already tried to Switch to ALSA and nothing...I detects my card however I still hear nothing out of the speakers.

Open up Kmix and make sure all the volume sliders are up. Also see if it says your sound card in there.
