i am put it on my personal laptop (gateway mx7515, got any questions on specs?, go to my profile)

all i want is to play DVDs,MP3, have wireless internet which is a broadcom BCM4318 [airforce one 54g] 802.11g wireless intergated LAN controller, make my website with dreamweave8andpostthewebsiteonthenet, check emails, and play any game or use any program i want

i first want to set up the wireless card and wine (cedega i can pay for later and wine might be capable for it!). i am familar with the the wireless setup for the inspiron 1000(dell truemoblie 1300) but i have no clue when to start with it. And the wine i have and error when i install it in the termal and the self-installer packager i have this error when installing wine:

Hopefully this will help, it is for FC5, but maybe it will work or you can adapt it to FC6.

BTW that is a nice laptop. Unfortunately, there is no driver at the moment for the Mobility Radeon X600 in linux, you will have to use the generic driver.

You can try the X700 driver, https://a248.e.akamai.net/f/674/9206...x_8.19.10.html
Some users have had success using it with the X600, while some have minor problems like the laptop not wanting to wake up from sleep mode.
