Check this out: Linux Links Financial Software I've never used any of them, but you might find one you like. Not all are free. Check out their other software, they have a whole lot!

My System

If you're looking for a program to do something similar to Quicken, you might want to look at gnucash. I've been using gnucash for a while and haven't had many issues.
