Ah. Sorry, I know next to nothing about PSUs.
+3.3v is 20a
+5v is 40a
+12v is 14a
+5vSB is 2a
-5v is 0.5a
-12v is 0.8a

Is that what you need?

Also, this PSU has worked for about 2 years, about a year with this video card, they can suddenly crap out like this with no warning?
