Monitor doesn't display properly

Hello,

I have an LG 1919S LCD Monitor hooked up to an onboard SIS 760 Graphics Chipset through VGA.

I have installed all the proper drivers for the monitor and chipset through the CD's provided by the manufacturer (websites don't have any drivers at all) and if the resolution is set above 1024*768, I can't see the whole screen. Example, if i move my mouse down, the screen moves down, and if i move to the right, I will see the right side, and it will scroll over, etc.

I'm hoping this is a driver issue, and an easy fix, thanks!
