CompUSA called me today about my comp. and said my options were either to call Acer for a Recovery Disc or they'd install a basic Windows XP Home edition onto my comp.

I told them to do that. Now, when they call me to say my comp. is done and I go in to pick it up, I'm gonna have to ***** with them about it. I know they are gonna try to charge me for it (even though they mentioned nothing about paying for it. They actually said contacting Acer for the CD would cost money but mentioned nothing about paying for the Windows Home Basic edition).

That should be fun actually. I don't have any money in my checking acct. to cover the cost of a Windows OS Disc, so I won't be able to keel over and just pay them:)
