That motherboard has an AGP slot. What is your budget and what kind of use do you plan for this card? If gaming, what games and how new are they?
Also, what power supply did that computer come with? If it came with a cheap 300w like Acer usually puts in, you will need an upgrade. If you are upgrading the video card to something like a 7600GT or GS, you can settle with an Antec Trio 430w.
