I have a wildcat realizm 800 with dual viewsonic VG2021M monitors. The highest refresh rate is 75, which seems low to me. It is specifically used for autocad and uses the cards automized setting. The resolution is 1400x1050. I have been in touch with 3dlabs and they are no help. Viewsonic I can't get a response from.
The problem is that white lines will appear on the third lower part of both screens. When you minimize a window and bring it back up the lines are gone from that part of the screen. Originally moved the refresh rate from 60 to 75 and the problem was gone for 4 months, now it is back. Have tried 2 other viewsonic monitors with the same result.
Running XP professional.
Any help is much appreciated.
