If you had to manually set it to use the PCI-E card in the BIOS then it'll have to be manually set back.
This is a huge chore when you run it blind.
The easy way out is to reset the BIOS, causing it to revert back to the factory specs. To do this the easy way just unplug the power, pop that guy open, and remove the small battery for about 2-5 minutes. Replace the battery, slap the cover on, and juice it. You may have to make a few minor adjustments in the BIOS again but we can help you if any are confusing.
