Thundaar

I've run Vista on my laptop fine before (although there is no transparency). I've removed all of the programs that I don't want on my computer from Add/Remove Programs already yet the processes are still there. That was the biggest problem I have had with this computer. Does anyone know which ones are unsafe to end so I can avoid ending those while ending the troublesome processes instead?
