That RAM would be good. You really won't benefit from RAM faster than 533 MHz in a dual channel pair in a system like that though because of the limits of the FSB bandwidth. I would get a dual channel pair of 667 MHz RAM though so you will be ready to get a 1333 MHz FSB processor. Faster RAM won't be bad, it will just be more money that will only be of benefit if you want to overclock.

It sounds like the RAM is within your budget, so go for it.
