I have a radeon 9000 video card and I connected it with a s-video/scart cable to my tv. My tv has a s-video option in the menu but I can't get a proper screen. It keeps scrolling, the colours change and it flickers. My computer doesn't detect the tv and I have to force the detection to get something on the tv at all. I put the resolution on 800x600 I put it on 60Hz but nothing helps. On the scart cable the cables are connected on 13 15 17 and 20. I installed omega drivers, I tried every 'pal' option but no change. I have no clue how to solve this, maybe someone else does?
