Eee by gum... I remember when you had to install DOS before you could install Windows and when you couldn't boot from a CD... Well, they only played music back then. Everything was a challenge to be overcome by cunning geekness.

It's much simpler, yes... but do we get as much fun and satisfaction from beating the machine...? Then again, maybe I'm too old to be arsed anymore.
