That's the problem. Acer computers didn't give me an OS disc. I had a problem a few months into getting my computer dealing with a registry cleaner that deleted a bunch of important registrys, and I called the Acer support line and told him I needed them to send me an OS disc so I could format, and he told me they don't give OS discs with their computers because of the Alt+F10 method they install on all their computers.

I remember arguing with him for a good while, and he told me they don't do it. So, I don't have an OS disc.

If nobody can think of anything else, I'm gonna bring it in to CompUSA today. I warrantied my laptop for three years of their service, so I'm sure they'll do something. I'll have to make a scene if they don't accept that I didn't get an OS disc with my comp though.
