I agree with dai. If you want to open the lapop, you can inspect the usb port(s) and see if the connector is damaged. If you do not need usb, try disabling it in the device manager and the error message should go away.

Unless you want to solder on the motherboard, the only way to fix this is a motherboard replacement.
