I'm going to use the restore disk tonight (after backing things up) and physicaly remove the Audigy 4 sound card and 7900GS cards, to have it as it was when I bought it. Then I'll just try installing the card again. If I still have issues, at least I'll know that it's the card and there is a warrenty on it.
It was probably time for me to do a fresh install anyway...
