checking if RAID option worked caused BSOD

Hello all, im checking on a server with two sata hdd's in raid if it imaged correctly. i disabled raid unplugged one hdd and tried to boot. it is running windows 2000. after 50% in the boot screen it jumps to around 75% and locks up and displays a BSOD

(0x0000007B(0x820B5D90,0xC0000032,0x00000000,0x00000000))

so i thought well maybe its something with not wanting to boot from that drive. so i plugged in the other and same thing. went back into the bios enabled raid and tried to boot in the original configuration but still displays that BSOD

i need help with this FAST ! really appriciate it !!!
