It looks fine to me, as Prime95 puts more stress on the CPU than you normally ever would. If that can handle it then so can anything else. Voltages remain within boundaries even under maximum load after 3 hours.
Was 60C CPU temp after 3 hours of Prime95? That is high, but then again for a Pentium 4 under 3 hour Prime95 load, in summer, it's not too bad.
The large and low voltages, the -12V and the AUX, you don't have to worry about. Ignore them like they never existed.
Run SuperPi 1.5 8M and 16M test:

It will check the RAM/CPU are still able to calculate the functions OK.
