To make a CD is easier.

Download the Memtest ZIP file, extract and burn the ISO image file onto a CDR/CDRW using something like Nero Burning Rom/ISO Burner/ImgBurn. Then you reboot with the CD inside the drive, press F8 on POST and change the first boot drive to CD-ROM. Memtest86+ should then run by itself.
