Ok. sorry I do have vista home premium I just didn't update my profile for a while. Halo only takes up about 256mb but I run halo 2 vista fine without any blue screen and that game takes up 1GB. I will try what Kalim said and post my system specs now and the other stuff later. I ran memtest3.5

Ok I ran memtest3.5 again to show u guys the blue screen message but this time it didnt give me a BSOD but gave me errors. Here are the pics:

I made a booted disc of memtes86+ but Idk how to boot from it. Also I did memtest3.5 and at 7.4% it gave me about 324 errors..Oh my whats going on? :(

I just played again for about 20 minutes and then it didnt freeze but it looked like it was gona restarted but it didnt it just stood there on a black screen. Until I restarted it myself. After restarting I got the BSOD, here a pic:
