Check your system temperatures using this: Sensors View (Using Sensors View)

Then run Orthos or Prime95 stress test for an hour. If the temperature and voltages remain within decency in Sensors View, then it'll be fine. It may actually boost your system performance and get your RAM to run faster with quicker timings.
