BSOD think its RAM?

Hi. I got a new computer last month and it went perfectly. But I went on vacation a week agao and now I came back and am ecpirencing a problem. I went to play some HALO CE and for a little while i played it froze my game. So i just exited the game and thought it was a little problem no biggy. Bu thrn later that day I played again and it froze again and i just waited on the screen unitl it said network connection lost and so i then rejoined again and a couple seconds later froze and gave me a BSOD and restarted pc. I then downloaded memtest cause someone told me to check with that and then when i started testing and around 5.3% It gave me a BSOD and restarted my pc. Any ideas, could it be the ram? I got 2 GS of ram. How can I fix this. :( thanks. Sorry if this is in wrong section.
