To Chevvy - Thanks I had already tried, however I tried again this time i downloaded the updated drivers for it first and then reinstalled the printer without using the disc and it worked - thank you - but, and there is always a but - When i turn my computer on to be able to use the printer I have to unplug and the replug in the USB cable and then all is ok any ideas?.
