Exclamation New Patriot 800mhz Memory problem...i think

Hey guys, there seems to be no end of problems with my PC...

Right cutting a long story short, I thought i had a problem with this new Patriot memory
http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Compo...roductId=26990

I have two of these running in Dual Channel on my Board. I ran a "mem test", well i ran two intances of the program, as it told me i needed to in order to fully test the ram. At about 50% the PC just turned off... no warning, just off.

It can't be my new PSU, the Toughpower 650Watt, i just bought it about 2 weeks ago lol.

I don't have the memory on its High Performance settings like the manual says too, which is apparently, 2.2v and 4-4-4-12.
In my bios its currently running on a "safe" setting of 1.90v, with "Auto" for the all the TCL, TRAS, etc.
I've tried putting up the rating to the specifiec ratings in the past, but it was met with odd problems lol, such as things not installing properly, i dunno, i'm not sure lol. Perhaps i should put the setting back up?

OOO, one thought, when i turned the PC back on the CPU was at 60 degrees, I'm using the stock fan by the way, could this high temp of caused the PC to shut off? I will probably upgrade to a better fan soon.

I've taken the ram out of the slot, and put it back in twice just to make sure. Windows registers all of it. The sticks seem to be in good order to, no broken pins, slots had some dust it, but i blew it out.

These errors only happen periodically, i'm not sure whats causing them, but i really hope its not the memory lol.
