k well i dont know how to get into that.
I looked it up on the net and i found that its in
Computer Configuration\Windows Settings\Security Settings\Local Policies

However Vista Home Premium doesnt have this.
Amother way i found was to use the console and use snap-in's ( whatever they are) but you cannot add the local users and groups snap-in to the console - it cant be added in this version of windows.

any other ideas
