Well written. Living deep in the country setting I too find myself teaching those older than I the basics of how to run that shiny new contraption their kids bought them for Christmas so they can keep in touch and if I have learned anything in the process it is to put them in the drivers seat and let them operate the mouse as I talk them through it rather than try and show them. I can click at the speed of a snail and they still have a hard time following my pace.
