I'm feeling a bit lost here.
If your temps are going up, the scans will probably spike the temps before they can finsih; they are pretty intensive resource users..
Apparently, Panda found something; did you have Panda fix it?
I don't know the history of your past computer use, but this could easily be a wild goose chase, in that you can have both infection and hardware failure at the same time.
So...
Since I have never heard of an infection that raised CPU temps as part of it's symptoms or even as a "side effect" of the infection (and I have seen a lot of infections), I think that the first thing that you need to do is correct that heat problem. You will then be able to accomplish a complete virus scan and auto-repair, and we can tell which symptoms are from what.
