OK closed everything I new was OK - Please suggest anything else I can kill without stopping the system
I didn't run out of ram this time - maxed at about 400MB
Still jumps after about 3 minutes
I've attached a full list of process and the graph showing the rise to 400MB - Then it stayed constant.
I've always had 512Mb of ram and never had problems with movies before - even when continuing using the system. I have 11GB of home movies (some using a whole 1 hour tape) that don't have this problem.
