C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\Text Files\Submit [Sun 07-01-2007 21.38.06.81].zip
C:\WINDOWS\mtuninst.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\HyperLinker.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\PreUninstall.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\unregister.exe

Delete the above files/folders. (let me know if you fail to find/delete any)

Have you updated Java yet?
