We still need to perform an online scan. Try adjusting Internet Explorer's settings:
Go to
Tools >
Internet Options.
Under the
Security tab,
Reset all zones to default level
If that doesn't work, skip Kaspersky & try this scanner:
Please perform an online scan using Internet Explorer at this website -

Under
SCANNING OPTIONS, use the following
Settings:
- Action options - Report only
- Second option - Report only
Once finished, click on the
Details button to view the results.
To the upper right of the results you will see an option saying
"Click here to export the scan results" Post the log of the scan results in your next reply
