Hi me again!

I have tried to end the process in task manager but I get a message stating:-

This is a critical system process. Task Manager cannot end this process.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------

FYI - I doubt this makes a difference but to let you know I am not using the infected laptop to talk to you.
