I have just run hijack this and checked the files you stated below, I have clicked fix checked but I then get an error message saying:-

Unexpected error occurred!
Error #2 (Bad file name or number) in Sub GetLongPath(?.exe).

Please send a report to merjin@spywareinfo.com, mentioning what you were doing, and what you were doing, and what version of windows you have.

This message has been copied to your clipboard.

what should I do now?

I pressed the OK button and got the following message

Unable to delete the following file:
04 - Startup: lsass.Ink =?
The file may be in use. Use Task Manager to shutdown the program and run HijackThis again to delete the file.

I will try this first - sorry I did warn you I was stupid!
