But our connection hasnt been performing to the contracts agreement. They also stated that will be upgraded to a 24mb/1mb line in March 07, this has still not happened, all work on the local exchange finished a month in advanced. This has now voided the contract right!!!!
But when i phone them up they say "You should of received a letter in the post about the upgrade" We didn't but they clearly stated it when we agreed to the contract. We even have a portfolio of our broadband plan that clearly describes the upgrade for our type of broadband deal....
They also said that Everyone will be Upgraded from the DSL Power Plan (2mb/256kbp currently got) to the DSL Direct Plan (24mb/1mb) once the customers nearest local exchange has been upgraded. *No extra charge will be added to the account after upgrade. (Im reading this out of the portfolio).
What can be my next course of action?
