Thats the problem tho, they wont owe up to it. I know its their side, I went to DSL report and did the line test right after one of the dropouts and there is no line instability. Every time i phone them and say "look my modem keeps loosing connection to the ISP, even after restarting the modem numerous times it still wont connect." And this was their reply. "I am sorry i cannot help you as there seems to be no current problem with our servers the lights are green across the board".
I know im binded to a contract and i have to pay a disconnection fee of $300 before my 1-2 years are up but i really want to get out of this mess and go with iinet or someone.
Is there somthing i can do which will void the contract so i dont have to pay, because i have been having problems like this from the start.
