Please ensure that there aren't any opened browsers when you are carrying out the procedures below.

combofix from
here
**Save it directly to your desktop**
Double click on combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply
Warning:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall
A log will be produced that will ultimately be named
C:\ComboFix.txt . I'll need that in your next reply
